Om Shanti Yoga is the vision of Yoga teacher Scott Milham. The idea is to present yoga in a way that is accessible to anyone who is interested in furthering their knowledge and understanding of their own mind and body.

to make the body a suitable place for the mind to rest in.

The goal with Om Shanti Yoga is to find a balance between the mind, body and spirit. To be at ease with yourself in every way and have self confidence to cope with any situation. To open the doors on a subject that is often shrouded in western misunderstanding.
